EPNA Membership is voluntary and costs $10 per adult in household annually (January 1st - December 31st).

After submitting the application below based on the number of adults in the household, you will be contacted by the Treasurer to collect the appropriate amount for your dues. You are welcome to make an additional donation at that time as well.
